Venue: New Westminster Fraser River Discovery Centre and Musquem Community Centre.

Paddle for Wild Salmon!

      We depart Katzie by canoe at 8:00 am, paddling until 10:30 where paddlers will arrive in New Westminster for an event hosted by the Fraser River Discovery Centre with a welcome from the Qayqayt Nation and MP Finn Donnelly.

At noon we will leave New Westminster to continue our paddle down the river. We will be met on the river by members of Musqueam's Fisheries Officers at the entrance to their territory and escorted to the Musqueam Band Hall.

We thank the Musqueam Nation for generously hosting us and celebrating Wild Salmon with us.
